We will ensure to fully understand your personal situation and what is important to you.
We will ask you to provide us with details relevant to your personal circumstances and your current financial planning arrangements. We will also establish how you wish to pay for our services (see: How we are paid).
Having assessed your needs, we will provide you with our recommendation and explain this to you in detail.
If you wish to proceed with our advice, we will implement our recommendations on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout the process.
We will agree on the level of service you require going forward regarding regular reviews and the monitoring of your arrangements. In an ever-changing world, we can work together to ensure your continued financial security.
How we are paid
We offer an initial consultation free of charge and without any obligation. Before beginning any work on your behalf, we will give you a choice as to how we are to be paid for our services. There are no hidden costs, and we will always tell you exactly what we charge in advance of us starting work.
Your payment options
We offer you the option to pay for our investment and pension services by way of an adviser charge which can be paid to us directly, deducted from a product or a combination of both. Please contact us for further details of our charging structure.
Please note that for certain products such as mortgages and insurance contracts, you will also have the option for us to be remunerated by way of commission as an alternative to paying us an adviser charge.

- Specialising in wealth management, retirement and inheritance tax planning working predominately with clients who are approaching or in retirement.
- Outside of work enjoys walking and reading.

Karen Bhatoa
Office Manager
- Karen has been working in financial services since 1998.
- Employed in the role of IFA Office Manager since 2003.
- Joined Bentley Grove shortly after the firm was founded.
- Wealth of experience in the day to day running of an IFA practice.
- Enjoys good food and wine and time with family and pets.

Dawn Baker
Administrator
- Dawn joined Bentley Grove as a part-time administrator in 2015.
- Prior to this Dawn worked 18 years in the banking sector and has extensive experience ranging from administrative to advisory and management roles.
- Outside of work interests are yoga and cooking for the family.
